Azalea Art Academy
A place for young creatives.
What makes us unique?
-
With many years of working with children as an Art Teacher, a Storytime Librarian, and a Homeschooling Mama, Rachel Bergeron brings a nurturing and unique approach to encouraging a love of art. She has a BFA in Studio Art with a concentration in printmaking. She has a deep knowledge of many art mediums and loves to encourage exploration and creative expression in her teaching.
-
Classes and Camps have a maximum of 8 young artists so your child will have a fun hands-on experience with plenty of personal attention. Friendship building activities are built into the experience to ensure your child feels comfortable and welcome.
-
Projects are designed to allow for as much creative input as your child desires. Some children enjoy ultimate creative freedom, while others prefer a jumping off point with some options along the way. Your child will be able to “choose their own adventure” while still learning valuable skills, techniques, and materials exploration.
